Esther Scott is a Counselor and Certified Life Coach. Esther has held a deep passion for helping individuals find the best in themselves and others. Her guiding principle is, “We can do all things…,” She works to help clients discover their strengths and resourcefulness, and determine specific POSITIVE ACTIONS they can take to achieve their goals and fulfill their God-given purpose.
Esther has dedicated her career to helping other achieve personal growth, serving individuals and families in Italy, Greece, Bahrain, Japan, and the Dominican Republic. As a military spouse she has a passion for our nation’s veterans and first responders, noting how difficult it is for those groups to overcome their reluctance to seek treatment for the issues that often accompany those lines of work. She works to spread the word about the benefits of mental health treatment to improve overall health and advocates for regular well-visit check-ups every six to 12 months.
Esther earned a double Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Business Administration and a Master of Science degree in Mental Health. Esther is a member of the National Honor Society in Psychology, the American Counseling Association, and the American Association of Christian Counselors. She’s a regular consultant on local TV and radio and has published in Counseling Today magazine.
Esther volunteers her time as a board member on Arlington Kindness Initiative Commission, a women’s mentor and volunteer interpreter with Christ Chapel Bible Church, prewsident of Dominican Cultural Society Dallas-Fort Worth and a Traumatic Incident Responder at local schools. “Counseling can be truly eye-opening for those who’ve been unhappy, but never realized they can take Positive Actions to overcome their condition and reclaim their happiness,” she said,
