I can not begin to express my satisfaction with the care I have had at Arlington Holistic Health. The two doctors and office staff are amazing!

I was diagnosed with an autoimmune illness over 20 years ago and although I am in good health, I showed symptoms and did not feel well. I have been going to this clinic for over a year and I now feel symptom free! I actually feel better than I ever have! Dr. Carnahan and Dr. Kellenberger have a gift! They have not only helped me with my disease, they have helped me with my hormones, diet and my over all health-mind, body & soul! I am so thankful that this clinic is in my area. It makes me not want to ever move!! I plan on being a life long patient.

I sought treatment from Dr. Carnahan after finding no diagnosis or relief from medical doctors who were unable to explain my aching joints, exhaustion, bloating, and foggy thinking. Within my first two visits, Dr. Carnahan identified that I have an allergy to gluten. Within a month of eliminating gluten from my diet, I noticed drastic changes in how I was feeling! That was enough to convince me to continue treatment with Dr. Carnahan. Five years later, I feel better than ever and have an immune system that keeps me healthy during the toughest months of being a school teacher. Also, I recently got my DNA results from 23andMe. I uploaded them to Genetic Genie to identify any mutated genes that could be treated to improve functioning. I was thrilled to discover that with Dr. Carnahan’s expertise, he had already addressed the symptoms and was treating me for the three mutated genes that my genetics test identified. I cannot recommend Dr. Carnahan and Holistic Health highly enough!

Walking the tightrope of poor health became the turning point in my life. At a size 28 and tipping the scales at 297 pounds, I was slapped with the brutal reality that my body was screaming for help.
